**Work Experience:** Received systematic and standardized training at Sun Yat-sen Medical University. After graduation, engaged in frontline clinical work in Otorhinolaryngology, continuously pursuing continuing education both domestically and internationally. Specializes in Otology, with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases and auditory disorders. Possesses comprehensive and standardized skills in Otology (including Audiology), with particular proficiency in otomicrosurgery. Dedicated 30 years to clinical and research work in auditory rehabilitation, accumulating extensive experience in surgical treatment of otitis media, hearing aid fitting (air conduction/bone conduction), and auditory implantation (cochlear implants/bone conduction hearing devices). Handles over 100 cochlear implant cases annually. Performed the first Baha-Attract bone conduction hearing implant surgery in South China and currently holds the highest number of clinical cases in the region. Conducts pioneering clinical research on auditory rehabilitation for microtia and post-operative hearing loss following routine tympanoplasty for chronic otitis media.
