Work Experience: In 1999, I enrolled in the seven-year clinical medicine program at Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences (now Zhongshan School of Medicine, Sun Yat-sen University). After obtaining my bachelor's degree in 2004, I joined the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, where I have been working and studying ever since. Under the mentorship of Professor Liang Lijian, a renowned expert in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in China, I earned my Master's degree in Surgery in 2006 and my Doctorate in Surgery in 2009. From September to December 2018, I conducted a visiting scholar program at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA-DGSOM). In September 2020, I enrolled in the Joint Master of Health Professions Education (JMHPE) program at Gulf Medical University (GMU-CenMEDIC-FAIMER) in the United Arab Emirates. I am responsible for pre-graduation, post-graduation, and continuing medical education. I specialize in simulation-based teaching, humanistic medicine education, doctor-patient communication, and clinical reasoning instruction. In recent years, I have focused on medical education reform and faculty development. I have served as a key instructor for the National Clinical Skills Competition at Sun Yat-sen University, a lecturer for the standardized residency training teacher training program of the Guangdong Medical Doctor Association, and a lecturer for the standardized residency training teacher training program of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. I have received multiple teaching awards and honors at the hospital, university, and provincial levels, including one Special Prize, one First Prize, and two Second Prizes in the Guangdong Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards. I have led one National First-Class Undergraduate Course and one Provincial Online Open Course, and I have presided over six teaching reform projects at the provincial, municipal, and university levels.
