Currently, there are 18 specialized physicians, including 5 professors/chief physicians/researchers, 4 associate professors/deputy chief physicians, 8 attending physicians/lecturers, and 1 resident physician. There are 3 doctoral supervisors and 5 master's supervisors. Among the staff, 8 hold doctoral degrees, 6 hold master's degrees, and 3 are currently pursuing doctoral degrees while employed. The laboratory has 4 personnel, including 1 deputy chief technician, 1 chief technician, and 2 technicians. 2. **Department Structure**: Established as an independent specialty from internal medicine in 1980, the hematology department was one of the earliest in China. Through continuous development and expansion, it now boasts a first-class hematology specialty in China, featuring a pleasant environment, well-developed living facilities, and comprehensive management. The department includes a general hematology ward (46 beds, with an additional 12 beds), a hematopoietic stem cell transplantation unit (20 beds, including 4 laminar airflow sterile beds), and a hematology research laboratory.
