A senior cardiovascular expert in China, mainly engaged in clinical and research work on coronary heart disease (especially acute coronary syndrome); served as Secretary-General of the National Health Commission Cardiovascular Intervention Training Program and one of the first batch of training mentors; invited to guide more than 100 hospitals in carrying out coronary intervention treatment; has independently completed nearly 30,000 coronary interventions (stent procedures), with both personal case volume and success rate ranking among the top in China. As project leader, has undertaken 3 National Key R&D Program projects, 4 General Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 7 Beijing Key Projects, and multiple other provincial, municipal, and bureau-level projects. Has published more than 550 papers in domestic and international journals, including more than 180 SCI papers, in Q1 journals such as Circulation, JACC, Eur Respir J, JACC Cardiovasc Interv, Eur Heart J Cardiovasc Imaging, and Chest.
