**Transplantation and Immunotherapy Ward** As the earliest established specialized lymphoma diagnosis and treatment center in China, the Transplantation and Immunotherapy Ward has been anchored to the core goal of "safeguarding patients' life and health" since its inception, consistently adhering to the "patient-centered" service philosophy. It pioneered the breaking of traditional comprehensive diagnosis and treatment limitations within the industry, promoting a specialized lymphoma diagnosis and treatment model. After years of dedicated development, it is now a nationally renowned specialized lymphoma diagnosis and treatment center, as well as a center for lymphoma hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular immunotherapy. The Transplantation and Immunotherapy Ward currently has 9 chief physicians, 2 associate chief physicians, and 7 full-time scientific researchers, making it the professional team with the highest number of expert-level members in the global lymphoma field. Over the years, the department has focused on specialized construction, implementing and promoting the lymphoma multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model and standardized diagnosis and treatment pathways, which have become the domestic industry benchmark. By integrating multidisciplinary expert resources, it customizes personalized and precise diagnosis and treatment plans for patients, enhancing both treatment efficacy and the patient experience. The proportion of lymphoma patients treated here consistently ranks first in Beijing. In the field of research and translation, the department possesses strong capabilities and has achieved fruitful results. It has not only established the earliest standardized clinical research platform in China, which is internationally leading, but also formed a specialized full-time clinical research team and established a comprehensive management system. It continues to delve deeply into basic and clinical translational research: As of 2024, it has cumulatively received 112 national, provincial, and ministerial-level scientific research project grants. As the first or corresponding author institution, it has published nearly 400 SCI papers in top-tier lymphoma journals such as *Lancet Oncology*, *Annals of Oncology*, *Lancet Haematology*, *Blood*, and *Journal of Hematology & Oncology*. Many research findings have provided key theoretical support for analyzing the pathogenesis of lymphoma and optimizing diagnosis and treatment plans, leading to dozens of revisions in international and domestic guidelines. It has won the Second Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award. Addressing the treatment challenges for patients with refractory lymphoma, the department actively conducts research on innovative drugs. It has cumulatively led/participated in over 300 domestic and international clinical registration studies, accounting for more than 75% of China's lymphoma new drug development share, with the proportion of projects it leads exceeding 80%. This has provided nearly 3,000 patients with refractory lymphoma opportunities to participate in innovative drug clinical research, opening a "new window" of life for these patients. Leveraging its strong clinical research capabilities, as of 2024, the department has successfully facilitated the domestic approval and market launch of 31 new anti-lymphoma drugs or new indications, enabling cutting-edge domestic and international treatment regimens to be rapidly implemented clinically, benefiting more patients. More notably, the department drove the approval for marketing in the United States of the first domestically produced innovative anti-lymphoma drug based on clinical research data from the Chinese population, achieving a "zero-to-one" breakthrough for Chinese lymphoma new drugs going global, providing more high-quality and accessible treatment options for lymphoma patients worldwide. Concurrently, the department actively plays a leading role in the industry, spearheading the formulation of 29 lymphoma specialist consensus statements and diagnosis and treatment guidelines, covering the entire process of diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for all lymphoma subtypes, establishing the "industry standard" for lymphoma diagnosis and treatment in China. Multiple research findings have received the highest level of recommendation in guidelines from the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), and the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), successfully incorporating China's lymphoma diagnosis and treatment experience into global guidelines, reshaping the global lymphoma treatment landscape with professional expertise and safeguarding patients' life and health.
