The Department of Anesthesiology is responsible for clinical anesthesia, emergency care, analgesia, and critical patient management across all hospital departments, providing the highest quality services to ensure patient safety in medical treatment and diagnosis. The department boasts strong technical expertise, with a total of 95 medical staff, including 7 chief physicians, 9 associate chief physicians, and 16 attending physicians. The team is well-structured, knowledge-oriented, and youthful. Since the hospital's establishment, successive leadership teams have placed great emphasis on the development of the Department of Anesthesiology, actively attracting top talent from various fields. Numerous outstanding graduates and clinical骨干 have been recruited from major medical universities and hospitals nationwide, and substantial funds have been invested to enhance anesthesia equipment. Currently, the department is equipped with anesthesia machines, multifunctional physiological monitors, muscle relaxation monitoring systems, anesthesia drug monitors, depth of anesthesia monitors, fiberoptic bronchoscopes, infusion pumps, and more, meeting the clinical needs of various patients. The department performs inhalation general anesthesia, intravenous general anesthesia, intravenous enhanced anesthesia, nerve and nerve plexus blocks, spinal anesthesia, epidural blocks, and hypothermic anesthesia. To ensure perioperative safety for patients and facilitate smooth diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for oncology patients, the department provides consultations for complex pre- and post-operative cases, serving as a safety platform for all hospital departments. Our mission is to ensure patient safety and pain relief. In addition to providing anesthesia for surgical procedures, the department offers ultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia, interventional therapy anesthesia, gastroenteroscopy anesthesia, and gynecological examination anesthesia, which are highly appreciated by patients. The widespread implementation of patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) and preemptive analgesia techniques post-surgery has significantly alleviated the pain of surgical treatment, allowing patients to undergo the perioperative period with minimal or no pain.
