The Clinical Translational Research Laboratory for Lymphoma has long been dedicated to systematic research on the pathogenesis of lymphoma, regulation of the tumor immune microenvironment, and the discovery of novel drug targets. The team emphasizes the close integration of clinical practice and basic research, guided by clinical translation and precision medicine, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the development of more targeted and effective therapeutic drugs and cellular immunotherapy strategies. The core team includes six on-site researchers (two with senior professional titles and four with junior professional titles) and three graduate students. The team has undertaken over 20 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and key projects of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and has published multiple representative papers in international journals such as *Cell Research*, *Cell Discovery*, *Leukemia*, *Cancer Letters*, *Haematologica*, *Oncogene*, and *J Hematol Oncol*. The research group is committed to cutting-edge international scientific innovation, emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, and actively promotes the effective industrialization of scientific research achievements.
