Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various critical comorbidities and complications during the perioperative period of solid organ transplantation. Has long been engaged in clinical, scientific research, and teaching work in critical care medicine, and is responsible for the daily management of the liver transplantation intensive care unit. Through the theory and support techniques of critical organ function protection, completes preoperative assessment and maintenance, perioperative management, and postoperative critical complication management for transplant patients. Actively promotes the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery for transplant patients, and has assisted the Renji Liver Transplantation Center in entering the ranks of the world's top centers. Presided over 1 General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, presided over or participated in more than 10 domestic and international research projects, and published more than 20 papers as first author or corresponding author.
