Head of the Oncology Department, South Campus, Renji Hospital Teaching Director of the Oncology Training Base Visiting Professor, Shanghai-Ottawa Joint Medical College Clinical Research Mentor, Shanghai-Ottawa Joint Medical College Specializes in: Medical treatment for breast malignancies, including chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy, with particular expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex and critically ill complications. Research Achievements: Over 30 papers published in domestic and international journals, with more than 20 indexed by SCI. Contributed to the compilation of monographs including "Advances in Clinical and Translational Research of Breast Cancer," "Practical Breast Diseases," "Oncology," and "Rehabilitation Guidance for Cancer Patients." Currently serves as an editorial board member for "China Oncology" and other journals. Research Directions: Long-term engagement in research on breast cancer stem cells and drug sensitivity genes in breast cancer. Leveraging a multidisciplinary breast cancer discussion platform, has explored new models of individualized breast cancer treatment (including sensitivity gene screening, mammosphere in vitro sensitivity testing, PET/CT in vivo cell functional sensitivity testing, etc.). As principal investigator, has undertaken 1 Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 clinical research project of the Beijing CSCO Oncology Foundation, 1 oncology curriculum development project of the medical college, 1 humanities and ideological-political education project, and 2 Shanghai College Student Innovation Projects. As co-principal investigator, has undertaken 1 domestic multicenter clinical research project related to breast cancer. As Sub-I, has participated in 2 international multicenter clinical trials and, as principal investigator, has applied for 3 IIT projects. Individual Honors: In 2023, received the title of Advanced Individual in Teaching and Outstanding Clinical Mentor from Renji Clinical College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Has won 9 First Prize, Second Prize, and Excellence Awards in the PBL Chinese and English Case Competitions of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. As the second contributor, received 1 Second Prize of Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award and 1 Second Prize of Medical New Technology Introduction Award.
