Primary focus on corneal diseases, precise diagnosis and treatment of complex ocular surface diseases, corneal transplantation and ocular surface reconstruction surgery; minimally invasive strabismus surgery, skilled in oculoplastic surgery, various types of ptosis, entropion and ectropion, eyelid defect repair, deformity correction and other eyelid surgeries, blepharospasm surgery and injection therapy, orbital diseases including tumor resection and repair, staged and graded personalized treatment of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy, periorbital aesthetics (double eyelid plasty, canthoplasty, blepharoplasty, periorbital fat grafting, injection aesthetics, periorbital rejuvenation and lifting treatment). Studied as a research scholar and visiting scholar for nearly 2 years at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami, ranked first in ophthalmology in the United States, under Dr. Carol L Karp and Dr. Guillermo Amescua, specializing in ocular surface tumor diagnosis and treatment, ocular surface reconstruction, and complex corneal transplantation; and under Dr. David Tse, learning oculoplastic and eye repair surgery. Research Achievements Participated in multiple National Natural Science Foundation projects on bioengineered corneal construction and corneal endothelial reconstruction research; led and participated in one National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project on corneal endothelial reconstruction; and published multiple SCI academic articles. Research Directions Ocular surface immunology, dry eye mechanisms, precise diagnosis and treatment of corneal and ocular surface diseases, corneal transplant rejection mechanisms, ocular surface reconstruction with stem cell repair of the ocular surface; integrated treatment of ocular tumors and new techniques in oculoplastic surgery.
