Specializes in individualized treatment of leukemia, myeloma, and lymphoma, as well as precise diagnosis and treatment of various types of cytopenias. Leads the transplantation subspecialty group of the department. Has long been engaged in clinical, research, and teaching work in hematologic malignancies. Main research directions include drug resistance mechanisms and individualized diagnosis and treatment of hematologic malignancies, with emphasis on the value and application of oncogenes such as Notch1 and EVI-1 in the diagnosis and treatment of leukemia, the application of anti-angiogenic therapy in malignant hematologic diseases, and the application of transgenic zebrafish models in basic research of hematologic malignancies. Has successfully established multiple transgenic leukemia zebrafish lines, which have been certified and included by the international zebrafish official website. Has successively undertaken multiple research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation for Young Scientists, municipal science and technology commission, university, and hospital-level projects. Has published more than 30 academic papers in domestic and international academic journals, and participated in international academic conferences with more than 10 papers presented. From May 2014 to April 2015, was a senior visiting scholar at Fox Chase Cancer Center and Stem Cell Transplant Center, Temple University, USA. In October 2015, visited the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine, Canada. In August 2018, went to Los Angeles to participate in the International Myeloma Foundation "Asian Master Class" program. Currently mainly responsible for the work of the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation subspecialty and the leukemia clinical treatment group of the department. Based on the number of sterile仓 units, the annual number and quality of transplantations completed have reached a nationally leading level, with particular expertise in allogeneic transplantation for multiple myeloma being at a domestically leading level. Able to formulate precise combinations and sequential regimens of immunotargeted therapy combined with traditional cytotoxic drugs based on the pathogenic gene profiles and individual tolerance of patients with different tumor types. Also has relatively rich clinical experience in the use of new technologies such as CAR-T and new drugs such as ADC drugs and bispecific antibodies.
