Vice President of Renji Hospital, Doctoral Supervisor, Second-Class Professor, Chief Physician, among the first batch of National Outstanding Physicians, among the first batch of National Famous Medical Craftsmen, and recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. Long engaged in basic and clinical research in reproductive medicine, has led over 20 research projects including the National Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology (Chief Scientist), Key Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Key International Cooperation Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As first or corresponding author (including co-author), has published over 100 SCI papers in top international journals such as NEJM, Lancet, JAMA, BMJ, PNAS, and Nat Commun. Research achievements were selected into the "Important Medical Advances of China in 2023" (Top Ten Clinical Medical Advances) released by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. As first accomplisher, received the First Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, and the Clinical Medical Research Innovation Award of the Wuzhou Women's Science and Technology Award. Selected for two consecutive years in the Elsevier Global Top 2% Scientists list.
