Associate Chief Physician and Master's Supervisor in the Department of Urology, Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Specializes in early diagnosis, radical surgery, and comprehensive treatment of bladder tumors. Has long been engaged in clinical, research, and teaching work on bladder tumors. From June 2018 to June 2020, studied at MD Anderson Cancer Center, which has ranked first in the United States for many consecutive years, and systematically mastered internationally standardized surgery for bladder tumors and comprehensive treatment methods to improve tumor survival rates. Currently independently performs robot-assisted/laparoscopic minimally invasive radical cystectomy with various urinary diversions. Has established a treatment concept for bladder tumors centered on minimally invasive surgical treatment, with integrated application of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Has accumulated rich experience especially in bladder-preserving comprehensive treatment strategies for high-risk bladder tumors, as well as in the treatment of special types of bladder tumors such as micropapillary carcinoma, small cell carcinoma, sarcomatoid carcinoma, and plasmacytoid carcinoma. Focusing on the clinical difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of bladder tumors, in recent years has published more than 20 SCI papers in international journals such as Nature Communications, Journal of Pathology, iScience (highlight article), and International Journal of Cancer (cover article). Has been invited multiple times to participate in international conferences such as the American Urological Association Annual Meeting (AUA) and the International Urological Association Annual Meeting (SIU) to exchange research results (2015, 2018, 2024 AUA; 2019 SIU). As project leader, has presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission project, 1 project from the Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, 1 invention patent, and 2 utility model patents. As a major contributor, has received 1 Second Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award and 1 First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education.
