Yu Weifeng, MD, Chief Physician, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. He has presided over 9 projects and guided the department in 79 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has received one key project from the Life Sciences Division of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one major research and development project from the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has served as editor-in-chief of 13 monographs. He has published over 300 papers, including 140 indexed by SCI, with a total impact factor exceeding 800. Many of these papers have been published in renowned journals such as JCI, Anesthesiology, Advanced Science, BJA, Pain, Stroke, Science Translational Medicine, Nature Communications, Cancer Communications, and ACS-NANO. He has received one second prize each for National Science and Technology Progress Award and Military Science and Technology Progress Award, and one first prize for Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Education. He has also received various awards including the "Science and Technology Rising Star" from the General Logistics Department, the "Silver Snake Award" from the Shanghai Health System, the Silver Award of the "Talent Cultivation Award" from military academies, the title of "Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leader," and the "World Chinese Physicians Huo Yingdong Award."
