Graduated from the Department of Medicine, Shanghai Second Medical University, with a Ph.D. in Cardiovascular Medicine. Research Directions and Achievements Has long been engaged in clinical, scientific research, and teaching work in geriatrics, cardiovascular diseases, and general practice. Has accumulated considerable clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and neurological diseases in middle-aged and elderly individuals, endocrine and metabolic diseases, and psychological and psychiatric disorders, as well as in health care for middle-aged and elderly people. Is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, andropause in middle-aged and elderly men, senile dementia, and mental and psychological disorders in middle-aged and elderly individuals. Has participated in and served as a principal investigator in multiple research projects funded by the Ministry of Health, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and the Health Bureau, achieving multiple achievement appraisals and publishing more than twenty papers.
