In the past 5 years, published 16 SCI-indexed original articles as first author or corresponding author, with a total impact factor of 96. One of the main contributors to the Third Prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award and the Third Prize of Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award. Research Directions Undertaken and participated in multiple national and provincial/ministerial research projects. Served as PI for multiple international and domestic clinical trials of Alzheimer's disease drugs. The memory clinic under their leadership is one of the Alzheimer's Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Centers of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, actively conducting international remote multidisciplinary consultations for complex and atypical cognitive cases. Led the team to establish the "Renji Cerebral Small Vessel Disease Study (RCCS)" cohort, which has joined the Stroke and Cognition Consortium (STROKOG) and serves as a member of the research committee; also established the "Renji Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Research Cohort" and the "Renji Brain Health Cohort."
