Deputy Director and Chief Technologist of the Department of Laboratory Medicine, Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Specializes in the fields of clinical laboratory diagnostic hematology and body fluid analysis, with research focused on thrombosis and hemostasis testing. Has long been engaged in laboratory management and laboratory diagnostic work. As the internal quality manager of the department, responsible for quality control of the laboratory departments in the East Campus and South Campus, as well as the continuous improvement of the ISO15189 quality system, and serves as an assessor for CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment). Has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China project and one Shanghai municipal research fund project; has published 27 papers as first/corresponding author, including 10 SCI-indexed papers, and has participated in the compilation of 4 books.
