Work Experience After receiving my bachelor's degree in 2011, I completed rotational training in the Department of Otolaryngology at Peking University Third Hospital. Following the attainment of my doctoral degree in 2013, I joined the Department of Otolaryngology, successively serving as a resident physician, chief resident, and attending physician, accumulating extensive clinical experience. In 2012, I obtained the Beijing Newborn Deafness Gene Screening Certification and engaged in genetic counseling for hearing loss. In 2018, I pursued further studies at the Medical Genetics Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University. From 2019 to 2020, I undertook the fifth national "group-type" medical aid mission to Tibet, serving as Deputy Director of the Department of Otolaryngology at the People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region, with comprehensive responsibilities for departmental clinical, teaching, and research activities, as well as participation in hospital faculty training and instruction. Since 2020, I have been responsible for theoretical teaching for the eight-year clinical medicine program. I have attended numerous domestic and international otolaryngology conferences and delivered presentations. Research Work I have published a total of 10 professional papers in domestic and international journals. In 2012, I studied under the research group of Professor Yuan Huijun at the PLA Institute of Otolaryngology. My doctoral research focused on the genetic and audiological characteristics of Alport syndrome.
