Work Experience Graduated from Capital Medical University with a Bachelor of Medicine in 1992; obtained a Master of Medicine from Peking Union Medical College in 1998; and a Doctor of Medicine from Peking Union Medical College in 2002. Served as a visiting scholar at the University of Iowa, USA, from 2007 to 2008. Has served as a master's supervisor since 2010, having trained and co-trained 1 master's student and 4 doctoral students (as co-supervisor). Has published 35 papers as first author or corresponding author, including 5 indexed in SCI. Serves as the head of the Otology Specialty Group. Has long been engaged in clinical work in otology, accumulating extensive clinical experience. Research Work Conducted research on electrically evoked auditory evoked potentials in cochlear implant recipients, a project that is at a leading level domestically. Established a follow-up database for tinnitus patients at our hospital. During the study period in the United States, passed the US IRB human subjects protection qualification examination. Participated in continuing education courses on scientific paper writing at the University of Iowa. Engaged in follow-up of tinnitus and cochlear implant patients in the Department of Otolaryngology. During the stay in the US, contributed to the writing of chapters (in English) in 2 professional tinnitus books and published multiple research articles. Contributed to the writing of chapters in 2 Chinese professional books, with a total of 24 publications as first author and corresponding author, along with other articles. Received 1 grant from the Ministry of Education's Overseas Returnee Research Fund and several hospital-level grants. Currently serves as a Corresponding Editorial Board Member of the *Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery*, regularly attending final manuscript review meetings for the journal. Also serves as an Editorial Board Member of the *Chinese Journal of Otology*, the *International Journal of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery*, and the *Chinese Medical Abstracts-Otorhinolaryngology*, regularly attending final manuscript review meetings for the *Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery* at Beijing Tongren Hospital, and undertaking peer review of manuscripts submitted to the aforementioned journals. Responsible for the specific work of our hospital's sub-center in the Chinese Medical Association's "National Multicenter Study on Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss"; participated in the revision of the Chinese Medical Association's *Guidelines for Cochlear Implantation*; participated in discussions on the Chinese Medical Association's *Consensus on Tinnitus*.
