Research Work Basic and clinical research on the pathogenesis and etiology of PCOS has been conducted using clinical cohort studies, cell biology, molecular biology, and molecular genetics approaches, including: "Research on the Relationship between Granulosa Cell Function and the Pathogenesis of PCOS," "Research on the Familial Heredity of Diabetes, Hypertension, and PCOS," "The Relationship between Mitochondrial Gene Polymorphisms and Glucose Metabolism and Insulin Metabolism in PCOS," "The Impact Mechanisms of Endometrial Receptivity in PCOS and Ovulation Induction Therapy," "Research on Androgen Receptor Sensitivity in PCOS Patients," and "Investigation of Factors Related to IVF Pregnancy Outcomes in Advanced-Age PCOS Patients." Additionally, studies have been conducted on "Functional Research on Early Pregnancy Embryonic Trophoblast Cells after IVF," "Research on the Impact of PGT on IVF Pregnancy Outcomes and Offspring Safety," and "Screening of Pathogenic Genes and Gene Linkage Analysis in Kallmann Syndrome." Awards Recipient of the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (twice), the Second Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, the Ministry of Education's "Changjiang Scholars and Innovative Research Team Development Program," the Second Prize of the Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Progress Award, the Third Prize from the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army, and the Outstanding Teacher Award from Beijing Medical University and the Outstanding Teacher Award from Peking University Third Hospital.
