She has led her team to continuously elucidate the etiology and diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for common reproductive disorders, innovate comprehensive systems for fertility preservation, and conduct in-depth research on the mechanisms of early human embryonic development from genetic and epigenetic perspectives. Additionally, she has developed novel embryonic genetic diagnostic technologies, contributing to the improvement of female fertility and the prevention of inherited birth defects. To date, she has published 211 SCI-indexed articles as first or corresponding author in internationally renowned top-tier journals, including Lancet, Science, Cell, Nature, JAMA, and Nature Medicine. She has served as editor-in-chief of 19 monographs, including China's first national-level planned higher education textbook for reproductive medicine, *Reproductive Engineering*, as well as *Obstetrics and Gynecology* and *Diagnosis and Treatment of Reproductive Endocrine Diseases*. She has received three second-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards, three first-class provincial and ministerial awards, and the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Progress Award, among others.
