Continuously refined surgical techniques, integrating artistry with aesthetics, and successfully completed over 10,000 aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Supervised and co-supervised multiple doctoral and master's degree students. Research Work Conducted a series of applied anatomical studies in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. As the principal investigator, applied for and obtained approval for 7 new clinical technologies at the hospital, and participated in the approval of 3 additional new technologies in collaboration with other departments. Actively promoted educational reform initiatives. As the principal investigator, led the project "Exploration of PBL Case-Based Teaching in the Training Model for Visiting Physicians in Plastic Surgery," which was designated as a 2012 medical education research project by the Chinese Medical Association Medical Education Branch and the Medical Education Professional Committee of the China Association of Higher Education. As the principal investigator, was awarded a 2019 specialty physician training research project by Peking University Health Science Center, with one approved project titled: "Facial Applied Anatomy and Specialty Physician Training in Plastic Surgery" (Project No. 2019ZP42). Currently collaborating with the School of Software at Tsinghua University on a National Natural Science Foundation project titled: "Research on Deep Learning-Based DSA and Enhanced CT/MRI Image Registration and Tissue Segmentation Methods."
