Work Experience 2017.8-Present: Department of Urology/Andrology, Peking University Third Hospital Research Work Young Chief Scientist of the National Key Research and Development Program during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, recipient of the National Excellent Young Scientists Fund, doctoral supervisor, and postdoctoral co-supervisor. Research focuses on the pathogenesis of male infertility and novel clinical diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, elucidating multiple pathogenic genes causing azoospermia, as well as the pathogenesis and novel treatment approaches for non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) including Klinefelter syndrome, Y chromosome microdeletions, cryptorchidism, and idiopathic azoospermia.
