Surgical treatment of gallbladder and bile duct tumors In 2006, pioneered laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy for T1b and T2 stage gallbladder cancer in China, successfully completing over one hundred related procedures. In 2012, took the lead in China in performing remedial repeat laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy for incidental gallbladder cancer, achieving satisfactory outcomes. Related papers were presented at the 4th Asian-Pacific Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association Congress in 2013, receiving positive feedback from domestic and international peers. Related papers were published in HPB (SCI, IF: 1.939) in 2013, Chinese Journal of Cancer Research (IF: 4.135) in 2018, and HPB in 2019. Has long been dedicated to investigating the diagnosis and surgical treatment of gallbladder cancer and cholangiocarcinoma, publishing over ten papers in SCI-indexed journals including HPB (IF: 1.939), Chinese Journal of Cancer Research (IF: 4.135), European Journal of Surgical Oncology (IF: 3.959), Chinese Medical Journal (IF: 1.585), as well as top domestic professional journals such as Chinese Journal of Surgery, Journal of Peking University (Health Sciences), Chinese Journal of General Surgery, and Chinese Journal of Practical Surgery. Skilled in the differential diagnosis of gallbladder polyps, xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis, and gallbladder cancer. 2. Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for complex bile duct stones Since 2002, has performed laparoscopic common bile duct stone extraction, successfully overcoming most contraindications to laparoscopic bile duct exploration and stone removal. Skilled in laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for various complex bile duct stones (including cases with a history of upper abdominal and biliary tract surgery). Particularly proficient in laparoscopic T-tube-free transcystic bile duct exploration and stone extraction, having successfully completed hundreds of such minimally invasive procedures over the past decade, with a high success rate and minimal complications, greatly improving postoperative quality of life for patients undergoing laparoscopic bile duct stone removal. In the past 5 years, has successfully performed laparoscopic T-tube-free bile duct stone extraction during pregnancy. Multiple related papers have been published in Journal of Peking University (Health Sciences), Chinese Journal of General Surgery, and Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery. 3. Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy Since March 2010, has performed transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy, successfully completing hundreds of related procedures to date. Postoperative scars are concealed and aesthetically pleasing, well received by patients. Related papers have been published in Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery. 4. Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for hepatolithiasis Since 2010, has performed laparoscopic hepaticojejunostomy with subcutaneous blind loop for hilar bile duct reconstruction and laparoscopic hemihepatectomy for the minimally invasive treatment of hepatolithiasis, achieving successful outcomes. Successfully completed laparoscopic hemihepatectomy for hepatolithiasis, realizing minimally invasive treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones. 5. Laparoscopic anastomotic stricturoplasty for biliary-enteric anastomotic stenosis In 2016, took the lead in China in performing laparoscopic hilar bile duct stricturoplasty for the minimally invasive treatment of biliary-enteric anastomotic stenosis following pancreaticoduodenectomy and choledochojejunostomy, achieving satisfactory results and filling the gap in laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for such procedures. This technique was demonstrated live at national advanced laparoscopic surgical training courses, receiving praise from domestic and international peers. The related paper has been accepted by Chinese Journal of General Surgery and is pending publication. 6. Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for choledochal cysts and pancreaticobiliary maljunction Since 2012, has performed laparoscopic Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy for choledochal cysts and pancreaticobiliary maljunction, achieving satisfactory outcomes. With two decades of focused research on laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for biliary tract diseases, possesses exceptional laparoscopic surgical skills, particularly in complex biliary disorders. In 2009, delivered a keynote presentation titled "How to Expand the Indications for Laparoscopic Surgery" at the Asian-Pacific Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgery Congress (ELSA 2009), receiving acclaim from domestic and international peers. Has served as a principal lecturer at multiple national advanced laparoscopic surgical training courses on: laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of complex bile duct stones and laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy for gallbladder cancer. Has performed multiple live surgical demonstrations including: transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic transcystic bile duct stone extraction, laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy for gallbladder cancer, and laparoscopic biliary-enteric anastomotic stricturoplasty, all well received by domestic surgical peers.
