Main Research Directions My specialty focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic malignancies, cellular immunotherapy, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. I have long been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment of hematologic diseases, with expertise in managing various benign and malignant hematologic disorders, particularly malignant hematologic diseases such as lymphoma, myeloma, and leukemia. In 2007, I received advanced training in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in the United States. After returning to China, I have been responsible for the bone marrow transplantation ward, general hematology ward, and the clinical pharmacology trial base of the hematology department for many years. In recent years, I have primarily overseen the management of patients with follicular lymphoma and multiple myeloma in the department, and have extensive experience in CAR-T cell immunotherapy. I have led multiple international and domestic clinical research projects in the department, with rich experience in clinical studies of novel targeted agents such as monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, ADC drugs, small-molecule targeted therapies, and cellular immunotherapies. Research Work I have published multiple papers in SCI-indexed journals and core Chinese journals, and have participated in several research grant projects. Awards In 2019, I was awarded the Third Prize for Diagnosis and Treatment of Complex and Critical Cases at Peking University Third Hospital; in 2022, I received the Second Prize for Diagnosis and Treatment of Complex and Critical Cases at Peking University Third Hospital; from 2017 to 2020 and in 2022, I was repeatedly awarded the Third Prize for Excellent Medical Records at Peking University Third Hospital. Publications and Translations I have contributed to 4 monographs as a co-editor or co-author, including *Lymphoma*, *Handbook of Lymphoma Diagnosis and Treatment* (1st and 2nd editions), and *Oxford Handbook of Clinical Haematology*.
