Main Research Directions Standardized treatment of leukemia, autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies, and non-myeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies. Research Work Has published over 30 papers and participated in multiple funded projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation, Health Industry Scientific Research Special Projects, Capital Medical Development Fund Joint Research Projects, Capital Health Cultivation Projects, Chinese Hospital Association Fund, and the Wu Jieping Medical Foundation Clinical Research Special Fund. Awards Participated in winning the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award under the Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award (Science and Technology) in 2011.
