Possesses extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of complex and rare endocrine and metabolic disorders. Established specialized clinics including the Diabetes Care Clinic, Thyroid Disease Clinic, Osteoporosis Clinic, and Obesity Clinic, achieving significant social and economic benefits. Led one teaching reform project funded by Peking University Health Science Center. Since 2017, has consecutively organized the national continuing education program "Theory and Practice Improvement Course on Tiered Diagnosis and Treatment and Standardized Management of Diabetes" for six consecutive years. In 2012, organized the application for the National Drug Clinical Trial Base, which was successfully approved.
