He serves as a review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China; a standing committee member of the Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Subcommittee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association; a member of the Otorhinolaryngology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association; the leader of the Organoid Group of the Guangdong Precision Medicine Application Association; and the Chief Expert for Tumor Organoid Drug Sensitivity at the Precision Medicine Center of Nanfang Hospital. He has led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and multiple provincial and ministerial-level projects. He has published over 30 high-level academic papers and authored two books. He holds eight national invention patents. **Medical Career:** Graduated from the First Military Medical University in 1998. He has been engaged in clinical and research work in otorhinolaryngology for over 10 years, with primary research directions focusing on the metastasis mechanism of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and anti-metastasis gene therapy. As a visiting scholar, he worked and studied at the Institute of Molecular Biology, University of Hong Kong, for one year, conducting fruitful research on the relationship between nasopharyngeal carcinoma and EB virus, the mechanism of nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis, and anti-metastasis gene therapy. **Research Experience:** He pioneered the use of endoscopic plasma knife nasopharyngectomy for treating locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma in China, achieving favorable outcomes. He received the 2012 North American Clinical Research Award in Otolaryngology and the 2017 Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award. He has led multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and provincial/ministerial research programs, and has published dozens of high-level papers.
