Medical Career L: With over 20 years of experience in renal transplant surgery, I have conducted in-depth research on the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic graft rejection after kidney transplantation, long-term graft survival, and the diagnosis and management of opportunistic infections in various systems post-transplantation. After graduating from the First Military Medical University in 1986, I remained at the institution to work, serving successively as a physician, teaching assistant, attending doctor, lecturer, associate professor, and deputy chief physician at Nanfang Hospital. With a solid theoretical foundation and exceptional surgical skills, I have focused on the maintenance of renal function after transplantation and research on long-term graft survival. Research: I have published nearly 40 papers and led two projects funded by the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Plan and the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation. The study "Basic and Clinical Research on Long-Term Graft Survival After Organ Transplantation" was awarded the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
