Engaged in organ transplantation for more than 20 years, specializing in kidney transplantation, combined multi-organ transplantation and postoperative management. He completed postdoctoral research in the United States, serves as a committee member of the Chinese Medical Association and other organizations. He has been awarded the Provincial Outstanding Young Medical Talent title and two Provincial Second-Class Science and Technology Awards, and presided over two National Natural Science Foundation projects.

Specializes in kidney transplant surgery, donor organ preparation, diagnosis and management of perioperative complications, and long-term follow-up treatment after organ transplantation. Particularly experienced in managing acute critical illnesses associated with kidney transplantation, liver transplantation, pancreas transplantation, and multi-organ combined transplantation.
