**Introduction:** With nearly 40 years of experience in the clinical, teaching, and research fields of Urology, I possess extensive clinical expertise. I have long dedicated myself to the study of the prevention and treatment of urogenital tumors, closely following the frontiers of urological advancements. I have attained a high level of proficiency in robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery for urogenital tumors and in the comprehensive treatment of complex tumors. **Medical Career:** 1986–Present: Continuously engaged in clinical practice, teaching, and scientific research in the Department of Urology at Nanfang Hospital. **Research:** My research focuses on the treatment of urological tumors. I have led over 10 projects, including the National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program), the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. I have published over 80 SCI papers as first author or corresponding author in prestigious international journals. I have received 3 provincial and ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards, edited 1 monograph, and co-edited 2 monographs. I have supervised over 80 postdoctoral fellows, doctoral students, and master's students.
