Introduction: Currently serving as the Administrative Director of the Department of Urology at Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University; member of the Teaching Supervision Committee of Southern Medical University; Director of the Integrated Curriculum Teaching and Research Office for the Urinary System; and Head of the Southern Medical University Branch of the National Geriatric Medical Center for Urinary Control and Pelvic Floor Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center. Medical Career: In 2009, selected by the Chinese Urological Association to participate in specialized training for European urologists. In 2013, engaged in clinical research on urological tumors at Massachusetts General Hospital in the United States. Recipient of the Guangdong Provincial May Day Labor Medal, Guangdong Provincial Worker Economic and Technological Innovation Expert, Gold Lock Award from the Guangdong Medical Association Urology Branch, and the Third Session of the Yangcheng Good Doctor. Selected as a leading talent under the Guangdong Special Support Program, an outstanding young medical talent in Guangdong Province, and a cultivation target under the Guangdong Province Thousand-Hundred-Ten Talent Project. Long-term involvement in international medical aid work, performing the first minimally invasive surgery for prostate diseases in South Pacific island nations, establishing the China-South Pacific Island Nations Medical Aid and Minimally Invasive Surgery Training Program, and providing surgical support and medical education. Teaching: Recognized as a teaching master under the Guangdong Special Support Program, an outstanding undergraduate teaching teacher at Southern Medical University, and a mentor dedicated to moral education. Research: Specializes in scientific research on microbiome and urinary system diseases. Has led four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as over 20 projects funded by the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Plan, and various university and hospital-level research projects. As the first or corresponding author, has published over 30 papers in SCI and core journals and obtained multiple patents. Currently serves as an editorial board member for the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological and Andrological Diseases," "Chinese Journal of Urology," a youth editorial board member for "Journal of Robotic Surgery," and an editorial board member for "Asian Journal of Urology." Also serves as a guest editor and reviewer for several internationally renowned academic journals, including "European Urology" and "Neurourology and Urodynamics."
