Medical career: Graduated from the First Military Medical University (renamed Southern Medical University in 2004) in 1988. He has been working in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery at Nanfang Hospital ever since. During this period, he pursued his master's and doctoral degrees, obtaining his doctorate in 2004. He currently serves as Deputy Director, Associate Professor and Associate Chief Physician of the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery.
Research achievements: He has published nearly 100 papers in core journals, including nearly 50 as the first author. He has presided over and participated in multiple research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Science and Technology Planning Project of Guangdong Province, the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, and the President's Fund of Nanfang Hospital.
