Bei Fei, female, Chief Physician, Director of the Neonatology Department Doctor of Medicine, Master's Supervisor Primarily engaged in clinical and research work in the field of neonatology. Over many years of medical practice, the success rate for rescuing critically ill neonates has exceeded 98%. She has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of preterm infants, particularly very low birth weight (<1500g) and extremely low birth weight (<1000g) infants, having successfully treated the lowest birth weight of 545g and the smallest gestational age of 23 weeks for extremely low birth weight and extremely preterm infants. She emphasizes short-term and long-term nutritional and neurocognitive developmental follow-up for high-risk preterm infants. Currently serves as the Deputy Leader of the Neonatal Perinatal Medicine Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Shanghai Medical Doctor Association, a member of the Neonatology Group of the Shanghai Medical Association, a member of the Nutrition Group of the Neonatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, a Standing Committee Member of the Maternal and Child Health Clinical Standards and Norms Committee/Maternal and Child Clinical Norms and Guidelines Special Committee of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association, and a member of the Fetal and Neonatal Development Group of the Neonatology Society of the Cross-Strait Medical and Health Exchange Association. She has published dozens of Chinese and English papers, and has led and participated in multiple national and municipal-level research projects. She has contributed to the translation of several original English medical works and the compilation of multiple Chinese medical monographs. She is currently a Corresponding Editorial Board Member of the *Chinese Journal of Neonatology* and a Reviewer for the *Chinese Journal of Pediatrics*. Overseas Visiting Scholar Experience: She has visited the Emma Children's Hospital & Sophia Children's Hospital in the Netherlands, Boston Children's Hospital in the United States, Texas Children's Hospital in the United States, and the Children's Nutrition Research Center in the United States for clinical diagnosis and treatment, management training, and clinical nutrition research in neonatology. Main Research Directions: Nutrition for critically ill neonates, early neurological monitoring of preterm infants for prediction of long-term developmental outcomes.
