As a core instructor of the first batch of gynecologist training units under the National Health Commission's "Belt and Road" Medical Talent Training Alliance, I am responsible for the advanced training programs at the Level 4 Gynecological Endoscopy Training Base, having trained numerous visiting physicians with remarkable results. In research, I have long been dedicated to the field of molecular biology of gynecological tumors, leading three General Projects and one Young Scientists Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as one project each from the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation and the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Plan. As corresponding/first author, I have published over 30 SCI papers in internationally renowned journals such as *Cell Metabolism*, *Nature Communications*, and *Advanced Science*.
